Plugin disables the connection to hub with given IP-address or IP-ranges, as if the hub is turned off. It is possible to add exceptions to IP-addresses.
Add IP or range in blacklist by command !cbl+ <IP/range>. Delete IP or range from blacklist by command !cbl- <IP/range>. To see adresses in the blacklist by command!cbl. Check the IP address or range on presence in the blacklist by command !iscbl <IP/range>. Add IP in the blacklist exceptions by command !cbl_exception+ <IP>. Delete IP from the blacklist exceptions by command !cbl_exception- <IP>. To see adresses in the blacklist exceptions by command !cbl_exceptions.
