Restrictions by classes for subnets

This plugin serves for any establishment of restrictions on profiles for users, whose IP-addresses belong to ranges from the nets list plugin of networks. Restrictions can be: login, chat, PM, search and download. To set restriction to class for subnet it is possible by command !cnl_set <subnet_index> <class> <restriction>. The network index gets out of the nets list plugin of networks. Restriction can be:
1 - chat;
2 - PM;
3 - search and download;
4 - combination of modes 1 and 2;
5 - combination of modes 2 and 3;
6 - combination of modes 1 and 3;
7 - combination of modes 1, 2 and 3;
8 - login;
0 - disable all.
To remove restrictions for subnet with the chosen index it is possible by command !cnl_del <subnet_index>. Look the subnet list with restrictions possible by command !cnl_see.
Also has possibility to set minimum share rule for users with the chosen class from chosen subnet (Nets plugin needed) by command !cnl_shr <subnet_index> <class> <megabytes> <type>. Type like in command "cnl_set".
